Tim is a member of a Survivalists camp in Utah.[1]

After Robert Jacobs split up from the other to climb the church bell tower he came across two Survivalists on guard duty, one was Tim, the other was Martin. Tim complained that he hated guard duty, Martin told Tim that he hated guard duty with him. Martin told him to relax that nothing was going to happen any way, both of them were killed by Jacobs moments later.
