General Steven Kyle was a U.S. military officer and later military governor of North Korea-occupied America.
History[]
In 2008, then Colonel Kyle oversaw the U.S. continue to add troops to new "Surge" tactics across Iraq. In 2017, he oversaw Operation Riyadh Justice in response to the nuclear destruction of Riyadh. By 2018, Kyle was promoted to 5-star general.
Around 2022, Kyle was appointed military governor after President O'Reilly was forced out of office. Kyle, being more "open" to North Korea than O'Reilly, consented to Premier John Tae-se's plans for North Korean humanitarian efforts in the United States that he believed would restore his country.[1]
