Kowalski was a National Guardsman in Homefront: The Voice of Freedom.

In July 2025 in Nevada, Kowalski was sent by Captain Michael Hennings to scout for the enemy. Ten minutes later, he reported Koreans, with one LAV-25 and two Humvees. He and the rest of the unit, and journalist Ben Walker, took out the Koreans.
