Harvey was a member of a local Resistance cell in Philadelphia.
History[]
Harvey, alongside Mary, Ethan Brady, and another unnamed lookout, were in a safehouse awaiting for the arrival of Benjamin Walker. He and Mary were making explosives until their safehouse was raided by the KPA.
The Resistance fighters were taken to an unknown location where they were interrogated for the whereabouts of Walker. Harvey falsely claimed that Walker was last seen in Memphis. The interrogator was unsatisfied with this response and killed Mary for refusing to cooperate. Harvey, still refusing to reveal Walker's location, bit off his own tongue and spat at the interrogator's face, thus provoking the interrogator to beat him to death with a hammer.
