The KPA Heavy Peacekeeper, or known as Heavy Trooper, is an enemy encountered in Homefront: The Revolution. It is a heavy support unit for all KPA Soldiers, maximizing devastation tactics against the Resistance.
Appearance[]
This type of enemy is encountered in Yellow Zones and is later commonly found in Red Zones and Green Zone. The Heavy Peacekeeper wears an heavy armored exosuit, powered by a battery on its back, with additional armor plating, and carries the APEX Biometric LMG, which is their main weapon to overwhelm Resistance fighters.
Tactics[]
- The Heavy Peacekeeper is very good at protecting its teammates, so watch out for this unit, attempting to shield the other soldiers trying to flank the player.
- The ballistic armor plates will reduce the effectiveness of the player's weapons. Grenades can make him stumble, giving enough time for the player to escape or kill it.
- The battery pack on its back can kill it faster, even from an SMG. The unit is overall moderately weak to high conventional explosives such as the RPG and the Limpet Mine Launcher.
- The damage that the Heavy Peacekeeper deal can be heavy to the player, taking away about 35% to 40%. The player must avoid being overwhelmed since this type of enemy can hit fast and hard, if the player stands in front of it too long.
- They are the ones that cannot be knocked out
