The 9-0.
The 9-0 is a group of bandits operating in Philadelphia and is an enemy faction featured in The Voice of Freedom.
History[]
The 9-0 were a group of bandits who often raid supplies from both the KPA and the Resistance for their own selfish needs. Despite being American, they hold no allegiance to anyone and are hostile to everyone other than themselves.
The 9-0 attacked Resistance members Benjamin Walker, Elon Cole, Jill Cole, and Vance Olmstead, and foiled their plans to infiltrate Philadelphia via a KPA truck, which was destroyed by the 9-0. Walker and Jill Cole were forced to go through a SEPTA station that is controlled by the 9-0 to gain an alternate entry into the city.
Walker encounters traps, 9-0 members, and an armored truck before his conflict with the 9-0 caused the tunnel to become unstable. He managed to escape using a motorbike before the tunnel collapsed, eliminating all of the remaining members of the 9-0.

- Their base is in the 90th Street station, which is why they are called the 9-0.
- The 9-0 share similarities to the Survivalists from Homefront for having indignation against both the Korean People's Army and the Resistance.
- The fighting cage is similar to the one found in the Restricted Zone.
